Speth Places in Regionals, Heads to Semi-States
Cory Neel and Levi Speth went into the regional for the first time in school history. While the two warriors were making their first regional appearances, they had no intentions of making it their last stop.
Cory Neel ran into the number-one seed in the first round and had his regional ride stopped short by losing. Levi Speth made his way to the semi final round by defeating his quarterfinal round opponent. Levi went on to lose in the semi-final to top-seeded Mickey Golembeski from Providence 16-6.
At the time of this article, Levi has yet to wrestle for third, but his semi-state spot is already secured.
